Most GP’s will provide us with a short term solution to a potential long-term problem. From my experience I realised that a short-term answer is not the solution. I am more interested in long term sustained solutions. With that in mind I decided to become a qualified Nutritional Therapist. I wanted to investigate the links between nutrition and ongoing wellbeing. This curiosity led me to study Nutrition at the College of Natural Medicine in London.
When we eat well, we feel well. And we are better able to cope with work, family and shifting circumstances. We are in balance.
